“There really is no such thing as Art. There are only artists.”
– E.H. Gombrich

  1. The Noir Art Collective upholds a policy that prioritizes the interests of the artist. The pricing of each artwork is exclusively determined by its creator rather than the collective itself. This approach empowers creators to maintain control over the perceived value and cost of their artistic creations.
  2. Selling price is calculated using this simple formula:
    1. Selling price = Artist's commission (AC) + Printing/Processing/Shipping charges
  3. For example:
    1. A creator decides to sell her work as print €100, and to print and ship her work it costs €30
    2. The selling price will be €100 + €30 = €130
  4. Two-part transparent invoice:
    1. Invoice for printing, processing, and shipping services are furnished by our designated service provider.
    2. We provide the invoice of the payment to the Artist.
  5. Our collaboration is exclusively with businesses that uphold high ethical standards and share European values. Stringent measures are in place to safeguard all personally identifiable information (PII), including name, address, and telephone number, in accordance with best practices and GDPR regulations. We strictly adhere to the intended purpose of collecting PII and user behavior on our site, ensuring that such information is utilized solely for purposes such as delivering purchased artwork, without any extraneous use or sharing.
  6. The Noir Art Collective does not directly profit from the sale of any artwork. This is not a paradox, as the project is managed by the creators themselves. At present, we have not formulated a comprehensive business plan for the collective.
  7. All printing and processing for EU customers are conducted within the European Union. Static Badge
